Black Friday has become one of the biggest events in Spain. Every year, on the fourth Friday of November, both physical stores and e-merces hold a huge promotion of the most diverse products, offering many of them at lower prices than consumers normally find.

What is Black Friday?
Black Friday is a special date for the trade to offer a range of products and services on sale to consumers. The term, which means Black Friday in English, emerged sometime between the 1980s and 1990s, but since much earlier there was a movement by US retailers to offer discounts on the days following Thanksgiving – always held at the fourth Thursday in November in the US.
The sale held right after the Thanksgiving holiday also marks the beginning of year-end sales – that's when consumers start to buy gifts to be distributed at Christmas and other holidays, for example. Black Friday is therefore one of the busiest retail events.
When is Black Friday 2022?
Black Friday 2022 takes place on the 25th of November. However, promotions start before and last until after the date. Anyway, the busiest day is always on Friday – that's when the main promotions are concentrated, and consumers can buy products for the best prices.
It is important to remember that Black Friday is not the only date for promotions: Cyber Monday is the following Monday, that is, on November 28, 2022, promotions more focused on technology products.
