United States
The United States has four time zones: UTC -5, UTC -6, UTC -7 and UTC -8. The time difference between the United States, therefore, depends on the region of the country. When it is 9:00 am in Brazil, in New York, on the East Coast of the USA, it will be 7:00 am, while in Los Angeles, on the West Coast, it will be 05:00 am.

What is daylight saving time and which countries use it?
