Soon, Microsoft Teams users will be able to send quick messages directly from Outlook. The platform announced that it is planning to add an integration of its chat and email service.
Testing of the new feature recently started in Teams and Microsoft is reviewing some details before making it available definitively. According to the company, the tool will be available to users in March next year.

"This feature provides an easy Outlook Teams chat experience in the context of a meeting for participants to send a quick message or review their chat," Microsoft said.
Microsoft released the news through a unicate and apparently, the Teams chat integration will be limited to Outlook calendar items. In this sense, the tool will be useful for meeting organizers and participants to discuss issues in real time, without the need to send multiple emails.
Another Microsoft plan is to include Teams messages in search results in Outlook on the web. Such functionality would be planned to arrive in February 2023, along with artificial intelligence (AI) file suggestions in chats and an expanded view of the platform's profile cards - the new view will incorporate more user data, contact information and Linkedin .
The new Microsoft Teams Outlook integration follows a number of recent additions to the platform. The latest additions include scheduled messaging, instant meeting searches, and improved search results.
In addition, Teams also made an accessibility tool available last month, the addition of sign language in calls. Another novelty was an update that allows you to organize groups by means of units.
