This Friday morning (30) Itaú customers complained about instability in the bank's application and digital channels.
According to DownDetector, a portal that captures the operation of websites, applications and online services, the unavailability of the system started around 5:30 am this morning. Around 8:10 am, the digital services of Banco Itaú had the peak of complaints, 1.850 user registrations.

The bank's name was popular on Twitter, users complaining that the unavailability of access to the bank's application and digital channels happens precisely on the day they receive payment.
In a post on Twitter, Itaú's profile said that an outage was found on its digital channels and that the bank's team was already working to solve the problem.
Later, in a message pinned to the profile, around 10:30 am, Itaú published another tweet informing that the service channels were regularized and became available again.
The instability of Itaú's digital channels happens one day after the PIX becomes unavailable in several banks. The largest record of complaints on Downdetector was about Nubank peak of 430 records. The increase in complaints was followed by Itaú 189 occurrences, PicPay 43, Caixa Econômica Federal 26, Banco do Brasil 25, ITI 21, Santander 12 and Bradesco and Inter 11.
