With all the success that the new Marvel series have been making, fans of the good old “Agents of SHIELD” decided to join together to ask for the return of the series on the organization that investigates strange and unknown cases in the rest of the world.
For this, #SaveAgentsofSHIELD was created and has been successful on social media, fans asking for a return, even after the series ended in 2020, after seven seasons.

"Agents of SHIELD" used the events of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but technically existed outside the MCU (which is one of the biggest discussions about the series), even though characters like Nick Fury, Maria Hill and Lady Sif made their faces on the Serie.
The timing for the fan request didn't come out of the blue: the main reason is the final episode of "Hawkeye" (spoiler alert!) which seems to have confirmed that Hawkeye/Clint Barton's wife used to be the Harpy, aka Bobbi Morse. Fans of "AoS" were not very happy with this revelation, as it is yet another sign that the series is increasingly being removed from the MCU canon.

Clark Gregg, Agent Coulson himself, doesn't quite agree with this idea. “I've seen places where people feel like SHIELD or something has been taken out of canon by the things that happened in 'WandaVision' in ways that I could never understand, and I'm very adept at those things,” said the actor. , while discussing the status of the series in September 2021.
Gregg even brought up a point raised by big people at Marvel: "[Kevin Feige, the President of Marvel Studios] said, 'You know, I think you're really underestimating how much the fans of this show and the Netflix shows are and have been. powerful and passionate,' and I would never underestimate them or the possibility of these characters, because I really want to see Charlie Cox [Daredevil], I really want to see people who love these shows, I want to see everything intersect as much as possible, because I think that's what Marvel fans want."
“Agents of SHIELD” premiered in 2013 on ABC, arriving in Brazil in the same year on Sony Channel. All seven seasons of the series are available on the Disney+ streaming service.
