“The Batman” garnered rave reviews and surprised Pattinson's fans and non-fans alike. The actor even came to understand the different reaction of the public to his famous character in the “Twilight” saga and he is Batman. “It was less aggressive than when I was cast in Twilight,” he said, recalling when the new Batman was announced. The "Twilight" experience, in which the actor was Edward Cullen, "was much more painful," he added.
