The third season of Netflix's "The Witcher" won't be released until 2023. But despite that, fans of the franchise will still have a series to catch up until the end of 2022.
During the Tudum event, Netflix confirmed that the next season of the series starring Henry Cavill will only be released next year. But that's okay: on December 25, 2022, the spin-off series "The Witcher: Origin" will be made available on the streaming service.
“The Witcher: Inception” is set 1200 years after the events of the main series, recounting the creation of the first witcher and the events leading up to the Conjuring of the Spheres. The cast includes Sophia Brown, Laurence O'Fuaraian and Michelle Yeoh. In all, the production will have four episodes.
