The Infinity Saga began in 2008 with “Iron Man”, kicking off the first phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The infinity stones were presented throughout several subsequent productions and the Avengers franchise – which ended phase three of the MCU – came precisely to connect the loose ends by concluding the battle against Thanos in “Endgame”.

For some, there is a chance that the Sorcerer (played by Benedict Cumberbacht) will be the new leader of the heroes, taking the place of Tony Stark (Iron Man lived by Robert Downey Jr.) and / or Captain America (Chris Evans).

"Avengers: Endgame" closes the trajectory of several important heroes, the Black Widow, Iron Man, Vision and Nebula, from the "Guardians of the Galaxy" franchise. Captain America and Hawkeye apparently also say goodbye to the saga, going to live a life in a "retired" style.

“Endgame” became the highest-grossing film of all time, second only to “Avatar”. To date, the latest Avengers movie has grossed $2,7 billion and is the second highest-grossing film in the world. “Spider-Man: No Return Home” recently became the 3rd highest grossing in the US and the 2nd highest in Brazil. Globally, the feature occupies the 6th position, however, it is worth remembering that the Spider has not yet arrived on screens in China, a potential market that even took “Avatar” to the top.
