One of the features of Prime Video is the possibility of expanding the platform's catalog by subscribing to channels and even other streaming services that are also distributed by Amazon. The service works by charging an extra monthly fee per channel. Among the available options are the MGM, Paramount +, Starzplay, Looke and Noggin.
If for some reason you want to unsubscribe from one of them (or all of them), know that the process must be done manually through the Prime Video settings menu. The good news is that the process is very simple and intuitive. Check how to proceed by following the three steps below.

Unsubscribe from a channel on Prime Video
1. First, access the link that directs you to the Prime Video settings menu (you must be logged into your Amazon account to continue).
2. Click on the 'Channels' tab in the top menu and then on 'Cancel channel'.
3. On the next screen, click 'Cancel Channel' again to confirm your request.
In the case of an accidental subscription, the alternative is to contact Amazon through some of its service channels to request the immediate cancellation of the charge, as cancellation through the above process does not generate a refund.
Ready! Now you know how to cancel a channel on Prime Video. Also remembering that the date for the end of the subscription will be displayed on the screen. After that, you will no longer be charged for accessing content from that channel (or streaming service).
