Who has never been in a chat that addresses several subjects in a row? Thinking about making these conversations clearer, Instagram has adopted a new feature that allows users to reply to specific messages in the platform's Direct.
The new tool started working after Facebook announced the integration between the social network of photos and Messenger, a native messaging application created by Mark Zuckerberg. The update enabled the adoption of more than ten new features for both networks.
However, many users did not like this junction between Facebook applications. Some complain about the lack of freedom and clarity imposed by the US company, others say they don't like the obligation of this integration. 1 – Open the Instagram application that is available for Android and iOS mobile phones;
2 - Click on the Directs tab of the social network that is located in the upper right corner of the screen;
3 - Choose the chat where you want to reply to a specific message;
4 - In the open conversation you must choose the message that will be answered. Click and hold the message;
5 - A series of options will be displayed, among them, the reactions of the application and the possibility to reply or denounce the message;
6 - In the “More” option, it is possible to check the message information and the button for forwarding the message;
7 - Click on “Reply” to reply to a specific message.
