One of the novelties added by Apple in iOS 15 is the possibility of tracking an iPhone even when the device is turned off.
When activated in 'Search iPhone', the user has a period of up to 24 hours to be able to locate his phone in case of loss or theft, for example.

To work, the feature uses 'Low Power Find' technology, which makes the iPhone send data via Bluetooth to other nearby devices, which pass on the device's location information over the internet. It is worth noting that only iPhone 11 or higher can be tracked this way.

1. First tap on 'Settings' > 'Privacy'.
2. In the privacy settings, tap the first option: 'Location Services'.
