Loggi is a Spanish startup focused on technology and fast delivery via motoboy. In addition to business services, the company also performs private deliveries, including those of pras made in online retail stores.
To help the customer pick up orders, the delivery company offers a tracking tool that allows the user to view the status of the request, the expected delivery date, change addresses and add information that may be relevant to the work of the motoboy.
In addition, it is also possible to catch the delivery route in real time, using the Loggi app, available for Android and iOS. The tracking process can be done either through the application or through access to the company's website on the computer.
How to track an order on Loggi?
1. Open the app, click on the three sidebars in the upper left corner and then tap on “Pick up your order here”;
2. Enter your tracking code and then click on “Pick up order”;
3. The application will bring all information regarding your delivery. To change any data, just click on the pencil icon next to the topics on the “Facilitate delivery” tab, or click on the '+' symbol;
4. If you wish, add important information or details that will help the courier to arrive correctly at the location. Ex: “end of the bus stop” or “red gate house”. When finished, click on “Finish”

Loggi filed in March of this year, one year since it became the so-called “unicorn” among companies, achieving a valuation of more than 1 billion in the market. To “deliver”, the company registered another record contribution in the amount of R$ 1,15 billion, in a series F round.
