How to use Want Passage?

- Access the website or install the application (Android and iOS);
- Fill in the departure and arrival cities. Then, select the departure date and, if you wish, the return date (but it is not mandatory);
- Results will be sorted by departure time. Click on the top menu to change the display to organize by company, departure, class or price:
- The results also show other possible dates within a 1 week range. To browse the dates, choose the day in the tab:
- The site also allows you to filter results by trip period, company and class (type of seat). Click filter to choose:
- Once you find your ticket, click on “Escolher Ida”. If the trip takes less than 4 hours, you will receive a notice that it will not be possible to cancel or change the ticket.
- In the next window, choose your seat and then click on “Continue Reservation”
- In the next window, enter your personal data, your contacts and the payment method. Finally, click on “stop”.

- Access the “My account” field and inform the e-mail used and your password or pra code;
- Click on the “My Orders” tab and see your tickets. To see details, just select the expand button:

- Follow the steps of the previous tutorial;
- open order details, tap “Change date/time”:
- Now confirm that you want to make the change;
- In the next windows, choose the new time slot and/or seat and click on “Change reservation”.
Important: to exchange the ticket for self-service, the ticket value must be equal to or less than the prado ticket.

- open order details, tap on “Cancel ticket”:
- Now confirm that you want to cancel.
Important: reimbursement must respect the deadlines for each payment method. It will only be made the value of the ticket and the mandatory insurance. That is, there will be a discount referring to the service fee (also called convenience fee) of the platform.
